Welcome to Woodfest, where tradition and craftsmanship come together in a circular and sustainable woodworking experience. In our sawmill and joinery, we process local wood into unique furniture and customized solutions. From the raw tree trunk to a finished piece of furniture, each project receives the attention and care it deserves.

At Woodfest, we believe in sustainability and local craftsmanship. Our wood is carefully selected from sustainable and responsibly managed forests in the region. Instead of letting valuable wood go to waste, we give it a new life by turning it into tables, cupboards, worktops and other unique creations. This not only means a smaller ecological footprint, but also furniture with character and a story.

Whether you are looking for a single board for your own project or want to have a piece of wood made into custom-made furniture, we will gladly help you select the perfect piece of wood. Our specialists are ready to advise you and help you find the best solution for your interior.

All planks are priced individually - so you know immediately where you stand, and can choose what suits you specifically.
Always welcome by appointment, or gate open = Woodshop open 😃
We aim to be open on Wednesday afternoons between 1pm and 6pm and on Saturdays continuously from 10.30am and 5pm; however, this depends on how busy it is, so please contact us in advance if you want to be sure.

Woodfest is all about characterful woodworking. Everything is handcrafted from sustainable materials - often from local Larch, Chestnut or Oak - giving it its own story.
What we make like:
- Trunk tables - Robust eye-catchers for indoors and (covered) outdoors
- Outdoor kitchens - Tough and practical outdoor living
- Garden benches and tables - with character and destined against weather and wind
- Oak outbuildings - small pool houses and garden pavilions, all custom-made

The basis of many projects begin in our own sawmill. Here we saw, dry and store our wood with the utmost care. Much of our wood is first given years to become naturally or kiln-dried. Only then does it end up in our Woodshop or in one of our projects

- Always in stock: Larch planks & bark planks - ideal for outdoor use
- Customization possible: Oak planks and beams, chestnut, Robinia and more.
- Have your own log cut? Feel free to bring it in - we'll turn it into something useful instead of firewood
